Picked up this pretty skirt for a mere $25 at Forever 21.

Skirt, Forever 21. Sweater, Gap. Tights, Hue. Booties, Steve Madden. Bangle, Towne & Reese.

Here's how Swanky styled it: Tucked a crewneck sweater into the front of my skirt only. Piled my arm with bangles, and baubles. Then paired opaque tights from Hue with my Steve Madden Suede Pembrook Booties.
