Fashion, er, Contraption?

I'm all for looking chic and expressing your personal style ... but when I look at this (is it a backpack? a fanny pack? backwards vest with pockets?) I just can't help but wonder what purpose this "accessory" serves except for making it extremely frustrating to get to your lip gloss. Not to mention, I'm preeeeetty sure it makes you a dead target to get pick-pocketed ... with all of those pockets, ya know?

Maybe I'm crazy, but, I find it weird. I asked Diva her thoughts on the, er, backbag? Her immediate response, "How are you supposed to get your keys? money? cell phone? TAMPONS???"

Talk amongst yourselves if you like, but, I believe I'll pass on this trend.
