If Mary Norton doesn't ring a bell, it should. She's the Charleston-based creator and designer of Mary Norton, an exquisite line of handbags and shoes. (Her first line, Moo Roo, (named after the nickname's of her daughters Micah and Reilly) was purchased by a major apparel company around 2006).
